1. All products that are exclusive to our company are unconditionally guaranteed for 6 mo. We are confident that you will see significant positive results! If you purchase and use them in the manner that is recommended and aren't satisfied with your desired results, then simply return the product at the end of the stated trial period for a full no questions asked refund on the retail purchase price of the product, minus the cost of shipping and handling as it appears on your order receipt. All we ask is that you return the product in the original working condition. Simply email us to obtain a refund authorization and to verify our physical address prior to returning your product(s).

2. All other products that are offered from outside manufacturers or sources are thoroughly tried and tested, but may be limited to that company's specific return policies.

3. All personal services such as, energy work, intuitive guidance, tarot readings, and/or channeled messages are pre-paid and billed prior to scheduling your session. All of these services are final. Any possible refund is only offered at the discretion of Earl B. Hall.
